Suzan Kum, brings extensive volunteering experience to her role as a team leader. Her background working with sports teams gives her unique insights into effective teamwork.

Bulent Kum, attended Deutsche Schule, where he developed a strong work ethic and studied business and economics. With over 35 years in the textile industry—spanning woven fabrics, jersey, and home textiles—he is the driving force behind Batukum.

Tuba, graduated from the French High School (Saint Pulcherie) and specialized in textile management at UMIST in England. Her expertise lies in knitwear manufacturing and retail, including garments and yarn. Her curiosity and passion for innovation make her an invaluable part of the knitwear team.

Sena, holds a degree in International Trade and excels in expanding new business areas in textiles. Skilled in sustainable garment development, her expertise covers circular knit, woven fabrics, denim, and knitwear. She also has experience in home cosmetics and the health/beauty industry, making her a versatile asset to any team.
